In addition to writing this blog, I write technical marketing content for companies in cybersecurity and data management. Currently Technical Content Strategist on the global marketing team at Snowflake. Consulting clients have included Immuta, Sigma, and Knowde. I've been lucky to work with some teams of really smart, truly fantastic people.
My journey into security is, like a lot of other people’s, roundabout. I started in journalism, then taught myself how to build websites (pre-WordPress), then headed into tech marketing. I've always been a bit of a geek. When I fell into an obsession with Mr. Robot (a masterpiece), I spun up a VM on an old laptop and installed Kali, crash-coursed command line and Python, and started learning everything I could about hacking and cybersecurity...and just never stopped.
